All employees, parents, volunteer coaches, and other non-faculty individuals with official responsibilities related to an activity/sport at St. John Interparochial School must fulfill the requirements of the Child Protection Act of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. This includes a background check, training and certification in child safety/protection online courses designed by the Diocese of Baton Rouge, and a signed agreement to acknowledge and act according to the policies and guidelines of the Code of Ethics of the Diocese of Baton Rouge
