Incoming Freshmen Application 2025-2026
Below is the application for incoming Freshmen for the 2025-2026 school year.
The completed application and the non-refundable $65 testing fee are due no later than Friday, November 15th. The applicant must take the Placement Test at St. John in December. More details about the Placement Test will be emailed to parents after November 15th.

During the spring registration period, the fee is $200 for the first student in a family and $175 for each additional student. At the time of registration, families will also need to pay the Registration Fee, Building Maintenance Fee, and Student Accident Insurance. After the regular registration period ends, registration fees will increase by $50 per student.
Our Eagle families will receive an email with a link to the online registration forms, and forms can also be accessed in PlusPortals under the Forms tab.
For help with online registration, please contact the office. For help with your Portals account, please contact the St. John office.
Returning Families: You may send registration payments with their child to school beginning next week. If you are sending payment to school with your child, please make sure you send it in a sealed envelope with your child's name on it clearly labeled "2025-2026 Registration." Cash, check, or money order will be accepted.
New Families: Please fill complete and return the Application for Admission, along with the documents listed below, and the registration fee. Families will be contacted by administration regarding acceptance.
All new applicants for admission to St. John in grades Pre K3 - 12 must submit the following at the time of application:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicant is Catholic)
- Social security card
- Attendance Record
- Latest issued report card
- Last full-year report card
- Medical or educational testing records
- Updated immunization records (VALID STATE OF LOUISIANA UNIVERSAL
- CERTIFICATE OF IMMUNIZATIONS)
- Updated transcripts, fi applicable
- Standardized test scores
- Discipline Record

All parents are welcome to drop off registration during school hours. If any parent would like to drop off registration payments during their lunch break please contact our Bookkeeper, Suzan Bezet, (sbezet@stjohnschool.education) to make arrangements.
